At Arch City Detail, we understand that schedules can change. This policy outlines our cancellation and refund terms so that we can provide the best possible service to all our customers.

📅 Appointment Cancellations

  • Standard Appointments: We require at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling of all standard appointments.

  • Same-Day or Next-Day Appointments: Cancellations made less than 12 hours before these appointments may be subject to a fee due to short notice.

💸 Late Cancellation & No-Show Fees

  • Late Cancellation (less than 24 hours): Subject to a $25 fee or forfeiture of deposit (if one was collected).

  • No-Show (missed appointment without notice): Subject to a $50 fee or full charge for mobile services, depending on the time blocked and travel involved.

💰 Deposits and Prepaid Services

  • For premium or long-duration services (e.g., ceramic coating, full interior + exterior details), a non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Deposits will be applied to your final invoice unless the appointment is canceled late or missed entirely.

🔁 Rescheduling

  • You are welcome to reschedule your appointment once without penalty if at least 24 hours' notice is provided.

  • Multiple reschedules may require a new deposit or rebooking at our discretion.

🧾 Refund Policy

  • If you prepaid in full and cancel with proper notice (24+ hours), you may receive a full refund or credit toward future service.

  • No refunds will be issued for services that have been completed unless there is a verifiable issue with workmanship, in which case we will offer a correction or partial refund at our discretion.
