At Arch City Detail, we take pride in delivering high-quality workmanship and professional car care. Our goal is to ensure you’re fully satisfied with the results of your detail.

✅ Our Service Guarantee

We guarantee that our detailing services will be performed to a professional standard, using appropriate products and techniques suited for your vehicle’s needs.

If you are not satisfied with the results of your service, we ask that you notify us within 24 hours of service completion so we can address the issue promptly.

🕒 24-Hour Resolution Window

If something was missed or you feel a service did not meet expectations:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of your completed appointment

  • Provide photos (if applicable) and a brief description of the concern

  • We will assess the issue and offer a reasonable solution, such as:

    • A touch-up or re-clean at no additional charge

    • A discount or partial refund, if appropriate

    • A credit toward a future service

After 24 hours, we may be unable to offer a remedy, especially if the vehicle has been driven, exposed to weather, or altered since service.

⚠️ What’s Not Covered

Our satisfaction policy does not apply in the following cases:

  • Pre-existing damage or defects (paint chips, stains, clear coat failure)

  • Issues not related to our service (e.g., new stains or dirt after delivery)

  • Unrealistic expectations for restoration of permanent damage

  • Vehicles that were not picked up or reviewed in a timely manner

📸 Final Review

Before completing the appointment, we will do a final walkthrough with you (when possible) to ensure satisfaction. If the customer is not present at the time of delivery (e.g., for mobile or drop-off jobs), photos of the completed work will be provided.
